News Flash Important Show Site Information All booths should be set up by 2:00 pm on Monday, March 25 and visqueen (protective covering for carpet) needs to be removed from carpet by that time. You can order visqueen removal at the Expo Group Exhibitor Service Center, located across from booths 1347 and 1348 in the West Hall. Any visqueen not removed by 2:00 pm will be removed by TEG Labor and the cost will be billed to the exhibiting company. Show Hours and Dates are as follows:

Exhibitor Registration – Location and Hours of Operation Exhibitor registration will be open 7:30 am – 4:00 pm on Sunday, March 24; 8:00 am – 4:00 pm on Monday, March 25; 9:00 am – 4:00 pm on Tuesday, March 26 – Thursday, March 28. Registration is located in the West Building, Level 3, outside the entrance of the exhibit hall. If you haven’t already received your badge in the mail or need to make changes, stop by registration. Need a place to relax or to take your customers for a meeting away from the bustle of the show floor? Exhibitor booth personnel are welcome to visit the designated Exhibitor Lounge located in room 470a. The Exhibitor Lounge will be open 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. on show days. Light snacks will be served and there will be complimentary coffee service between the hours of 9:00 am and 11:00 am.
One meeting room is available in the Exhibitor Lounge on show days and can accommodate up to eight people. Email Kelly Faist, [email protected], to reserve your meeting space in advance, or you may visit the host in the lounge on site to inquire about availability. There’s a 2-hour max per day on the meeting room, and no food or beverage orders are allowed. New Show Floor Feature: The Dairy Bar New for ProFood Tech 2019, IDFA is bringing back the Dairy Bar, which will be serving up delicious dairy products and beverages in the Dairy Pavilion – booth #1250. With a new look and innovative dairy products, the Dairy Bar will feature cool beverages, the latest yogurt pairings, tasty cheese selections, everyone’s favorite ice creams and novelties and other exciting formulations. The Dairy Bar is the perfect place to network with colleagues while enjoying a sampling of new product innovations and some old favorites.
