Welcome to ProFood Tech 2019

On behalf of PMMI, Anuga and the International Dairy Foods Association, welcome to ProFood Tech 2019, the premier event in North America focused exclusively on all food and beverage sectors. We look forward to a successful event and thank you for your support.

The Exhibitor Update will be sent out regularly to your company’s show contact leading up to the show. Be sure to add to your safe senders list so you don’t miss any of these important updates.

In the header of each Exhibitor Update you will find your exhibitor dashboard login information to include your company’s unique ID, password, booth number and comp code. On the left-hand side of the page, there are also quick links to help you plan your booth and promote your presence at the show. There will also be deadlines listed so you can stay on top of everything you need to know to get ready for the show!


The official contractor of the show, The Expo Group, will be sending an email to all exhibitors in mid-November with a link to the Exhibitor Services Manual. You will be able to order your services and find vital show information at the online service center. The discount deadline to order your services is February 18, 2019.

Invoices were emailed to company show contacts with outstanding balances on October 19, 2018. The final balance is due to PMMI on November 12, 2018.

Move-In/Move-Out Procedures and Target Information

Target dates for all in-bound and out-bound freight are assigned to each ProFood Tech exhibitor for installation (move-in) and dismantlement (move-out) of display material, equipment and machinery at McCormick Place.

Follow the Rules & Regulations for a Successful Show

To ensure a successful experience for everyone, exhibitors are provided with guidelines that they must adhere to when exhibiting at ProFood Tech 2019.

As an exhibitor, you should understand and agree that ProFood Tech Rules and Regulations are an integral and binding part of the show and your contract.

Be sure to pay close attention to the rules and regulations for your booth type and size. Booths under 1,500 square feet have a 12’ height restriction, booths 1,500 square feet and over have an 18’ height restriction. Additional setback restrictions apply.
