Final Payment Past Due

Invoices were emailed to company show contacts with outstanding balances on October 19, 2018. The final balance was due to PMMI on November 12, 2018.

There are several ways to make a payment:

1. Pay by Credit Card Online: If you would like to pay this invoice online with a credit card, please visit www.pmmi.org/payorders. If you do not have an account or are unsure about your account information, please contact Dorine Cole at [email protected].
    
2. Pay by Check: Mail checks to the remittance address below:

The Customer Invite Program is Live

The Customer Invite Program is now live for ProFood Tech 2019! This complimentary service makes it easy to invite all your customers and prospects to visit your booth, as your guest, with a free* registration.

VIP Guest Invites is the official vendor providing this service and they are available to assist you with your pre-show marketing efforts.

An email was sent to exhibitors on November 26th containing your customized pre-show marketing dashboard. If you didn’t receive this email feel free to contact them at 800.211.6570 or [email protected]. 

The program has some exciting new features:  

• Get your unique Comp Code and Invite Registration Link.
   
• Preview your customized HTML Email Invite. You may then choose to download the code to broadcast yourself, via your own broadcast service, such as Constant Contact, MailChimp, etc., or upload your email list and have us send it on your behalf. 
   
• Preview and download customized Banner Graphics to place in your email signatures, web site(s), eNewsletters and anywhere else your customers and prospects may be looking between now and the show’s opening. 
   
• Preview and download your customized print-ready PDF Postcard invite. 
   
• Use the LinkedIn tools to see connections that are also attending, invite those who are not yet registered and share an invite post to everybody. You can also post, quickly and easily, to Facebook and Twitter. 
   
• Invite your colleagues into your into your dashboard to take advantage of all these powerful preshow marketing resources themselves. 

Please note that all your invite materials have already been customized with your logo, booth number and Comp Code.  If you need to use a different logo, you can simply upload a new one, right in your dashboard, and all your invite materials will be updated within 2 business days. You will be notified as soon as it's done. 

*Complimentary registration is valid for online pre-registration only; not valid on-site. Expires March 25, 2019. Complimentary registration is intended for use by end-user, retailer and contract packager registrants. Non-exhibiting suppliers and distributors are required to pay standard attendance fees. A non-exhibiting supplier is defined as anyone who sells packaging/processing/converting equipment and/or anyone whose primary product is packaging containers or materials, supplies, automation, or other services. A distributor is defined as a professional who resells packaging/processing/converting equipment/supplies.

ProFood Tech 2019 Digital Media Center: Directions for Exhibitors to Upload Their Materials

Make the most of your exhibitor listing by uploading your company’s media kit to the ProFood Tech 2019 Digital Media Center, which allows the press to easily access news about your company’s innovations and new technologies.

To upload your materials, follow these easy steps:

1. Go to the Exhibitor Dashboard.
2. Log-in using your credentials. If you do not have your log-in information, please contact [email protected] for assistance.
3. Once you log-in click on the "Upload Additional Content" tile.
4. Then, click on the "Upload Press Materials" tile. You can upload up to ten documents (.doc or .pdf only). When naming your release, be sure to include key words to facilitate the media search process. 

Uploading your company’s media kit to the digital media center will help you make the most of your exhibitor listing!

Free Promotional Opportunity: Let Us Know What’s New in Your Business!

To promote the suppliers and innovation featured at ProFood Tech, PMMI will work with the media to develop and place customized technology previews leading up to ProFood Tech 2019 in March.

We want to highlight new solutions that offer significant benefits to end users that will entice them to come and see it in person!

We encourage you to take advantage of this free promotional opportunity and submit your company's latest solution for consideration. To do so, please email the following information: 

A brief description of a new product(s) your company will exhibit at ProFood Tech 2019. The description must include:

1. An articulation of the end user challenge resolved by your technology,
2. A brief explanation of the component, material and/or function that differentiates the solutions from others on the market,
3. Any quantitative proof of results in process efficiency, food safety, flexibility, sustainability, OEE, TCO, cost efficiency, etc.

A high-resolution photo of your product

• Images sent via email should be at least 300 DPI and no larger than 2 MB in size. 

The deadline for submissions is Friday, December 28th. 

Only 10 products will be accepted, so we recommend submitting as soon as possible.
