Floor Plan Deadline is Tomorrow, March 14!

All utility (Electrical, Air, and Telecommunication) FINAL floor plans are due to The EXPO Group by March 14, 2019. Any floorplans received after this date, including revisions, will be charged a $500 Late Floor Plan fee.

Shipping to the Show

If you wish to ship your materials to the Advanced Warehouse, your materials must arrive by March 18. Please note that all hanging signs must be shipped via advanced warehouse shipping.

Important Show Site Information

Show Hours and Dates are as follows:

• Tuesday, March 26: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
• Wednesday, March 27: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
• Thursday, March 28: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

Move-in begins on Thursday, March 21 and we want to make sure you have all the information you need when you arrive on site. To help make your show experience run as smoothly as possible, The Expo Group recently emailed a move in letter to exhibitors with a list of quick tips.

ProFood Tech 2019 Digital Media Center: Directions for Exhibitors to Upload Their Materials

Make the most of your exhibitor listing by uploading your company’s media kit to the ProFood Tech 2019 Digital Media Center, which allows the press to easily access news about your company’s innovations and new technologies.

To upload your materials, follow these easy steps:

1. Go to the Exhibitor Dashboard.
2. Log-in using your credentials. If you do not have your log-in information, please contact [email protected] for assistance.
3. Once you log-in click on the "Upload Additional Content" tile.
4. Then, click on the "Upload Press Materials" tile. You can upload up to ten documents (.doc or .pdf only). When naming your release, be sure to include key words to facilitate the media search process. 

Uploading your company’s media kit to the digital media center will help you make the most of your exhibitor listing!
