Register Your Booth Personnel – Mailing Deadline Approaching

Each exhibiting company receives one free exhibitor badge for each 75 square feet of contracted exhibit space, rounded up. (ex. 10 x 10 = 100 sq. ft. booth receives two badges). There will be a $5.00 fee per badge over allotment. After August 30, the rate will go up to $15 per badge over the allotment. August 23 is the deadline for domestic companies to register and receive badges in the mail. Any badges ordered after then will need to be picked up on site.

Turn Your Floor Plans in on Time to Avoid $500 Late Fee

Turn your floor plans in on time to help prevent on site delays and costly additional charges. As a reminder, exhibitors, EACs or Third Parties who have not submitted their scaled floor plans for review by Friday, Sept. 6, will be charged a $500 late fee. You only need to submit your scaled floor plan if you have custom plumbing and/or electrical placements. If you are not sure whether or not you need to submit your floor plan, please check with your Customer Account Manager.

Show contacts were mailed a customized Exhibitor Success Guide last week. This guide outlines six steps that will help you utilize all the tools, tips, and deadlines to get ready for the show!

Shipping to the Show

Preparation and planning are keys to a successful trade show experience, and you know a big part of that process deals with shipping. For information about advance warehouse shipments, direct to show site shipments and the marshaling yard, please see Section 7 of the Exhibitor Service Manual.

The following carriers are preferred partners of PACK EXPO Las Vegas and Healthcare Packaging EXPO 2019: J&J Motor Service, Airways Freight, UPS Freight and Schenker. A recent email inadvertently referenced Creative Transportation Services, Inc. as an official show carrier. Note that they are not an official carrier for the show.

Register Your Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC)

Exhibitor Appointed Contractors—referred to within the trade show industry as an “EAC”—as well as other service contractors, such as I&D or Display Houses, may be used by exhibitors but are not officially appointed by Show Management.

The EAC registration system is a tool which allows show organizers, exhibitors, and EACs to locate, track, and communicate the essential information necessary for access to the show floor to provide exhibit services.

To begin the EAC Registration process, click the Login link below, at your appropriate category.

PACK EXPO Las Vegas and Healthcare Packaging EXPO 2019 Exhibitors will use the following information to access the Online EAC Registration System:
