Deadline Extended until February 1 - Apply Today to Present in the ProFood Tech Knowledge Hub

Spotlight your company’s innovations and emerging technologies with a 30-minute presentation in the Knowledge Hub's Innovation Zone or Disruption Zone. The Innovation Zone will focus on using your expertise to identify solutions to current challenges and feature break though ideas. The Disruption Zone will help attendees to identify and implement disruptive technologies to meet consumer demands and changing industry practices. Both of these exclusive venues will provide you with a powerful opportunity to establish yourself as an industry leader, innovator, and expert, as well as leave new and existing business contacts with great new ideas. 

To apply, submit a 200-word abstract highlighting your key content and how it could benefit ProFood Tech attendees. Please include a presentation title, speaker information, and billing contact information. The cost for accepted presentations is $3,000, and the deadline for submissions is February 1.

Beware of Solicitations for Promotional Opportunities

Finn Partners is the public relations partner of PMMI, The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies, and is the agency of record to promote the PACK EXPO Portfolio of Trade Shows. Each year, several opportunities will arise for exhibitors to participate in promotional content designed to build awareness of the solutions available at the upcoming shows. Invitations to lend insights to this pre-arranged content will always come from individuals at Finn Partners or PMMI's Marketing and Communications Department.

Should you receive solicitations for promotional opportunities from other organizations claiming to be associated with PACK EXPO (barring regular pre-show and show promotions from known industry media), please feel free to notify our public relations manager, Shana Marais at  [email protected]. We are dedicated to helping our exhibitors enjoy a positive experience at our events.

Order your Booth Services - The Expo Group Discount Deadline

The discount deadline for ordering services is Monday, February 18. Finalize your order with payment by Monday, February 18 to receive 30 percent off most items. If you are paying by check or wire transfer, your check or wire needs to be received by the Expo Group by February 18. Affiliated Company Listing – Deadline Approaching – February 1

Affiliated companies are defined as two or more companies that are legally related entities, e.g. a parent and a subsidiary, subsidiaries of the same parent, a corporation and a division, a partnership and a partner. Booth occupants would be listed as separate entities in the same booth location. Each company receives their own listing on Profoodtech.com and will be listed in the show guide. The cost is $750.00 for each additional affiliate company listing. Affiliated companies do not receive priority points for participating in the show.

The deadline to submit an Affiliated Company Listing Form is February 1.

ProFood World will celebrate with the winners of two industry awards at a reception on Wednesday afternoon at ProFood Tech. ProFood Tech 2019 Digital Media Center: Directions for Exhibitors to Upload Their Materials

Make the most of your exhibitor listing by uploading your company’s media kit to the ProFood Tech 2019 Digital Media Center, which allows the press to easily access news about your company’s innovations and new technologies.

To upload your materials, follow these easy steps:

1. Go to the Exhibitor Dashboard.
2. Log-in using your credentials. If you do not have your log-in information, please contact [email protected] for assistance.
3. Once you log-in click on the "Upload Additional Content" tile.
4. Then, click on the "Upload Press Materials" tile. You can upload up to ten documents (.doc or .pdf only). When naming your release, be sure to include key words to facilitate the media search process. 

Uploading your company’s media kit to the digital media center will help you make the most of your exhibitor listing!

Free Promotional Opportunity: Let Us Know What’s New in Your Business!

To promote the suppliers and innovation featured at ProFood Tech, PMMI will work with the media to develop and place customized technology previews leading up to ProFood Tech 2019 in March.

We want to highlight new solutions that offer significant benefits to end users that will entice them to come and see it in person!

We encourage you to take advantage of this free promotional opportunity and submit your company's latest solution for consideration. To do so, please email the following information: 

A brief description of a new product(s) your company will exhibit at ProFood Tech 2019. The description must include:

1. An articulation of the end user challenge resolved by your technology,
2. A brief explanation of the component, material and/or function that differentiates the solutions from others on the market,
3. Any quantitative proof of results in process efficiency, food safety, flexibility, sustainability, OEE, TCO, cost efficiency, etc.

A high-resolution photo of your product

• Images sent via email should be at least 300 DPI and no larger than 2 MB in size.

The deadline for submissions is Friday, February 15. 

Only 10 products will be accepted, so we recommend submitting as soon as possible.
